photos  lay  around  him  nearly  in  a  perfect  circle   .      _{they’re  photos  of  him  ,    of  friends  ,    of  family   .      the  feeling  of  nostalgia    grips  him  tightly    as  breathing  sometimes  becomes      d i f f i c u l t      as  he  thinks  back  to  when    life  was  simpler   .      when  things  were    EASY   .      a  single  wallet —  sized  photo  lays  in  his  hand   .      it’s  of  him  last  year  for  senior  pictures   .      it’s  one  of  his  favorites      :      he  was  sitting  ,    leaning  up  against  the  door  of  his  car  with  vegas  by  his  side    .      green  eyes  move  over  to  midge  ,   who  was  on  his  bed  helping  him  organize  the  plethora  of}    memories  encased  forever   .      _{arm  stretches  out  towards  her  ,    handing  her  the  photo   .}
